Nestled just below Ashland's venerable "three sisters," NightinGail's Inn is less pretentious but charming in its own way. This restored 1902 home, just 1½ blocks from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theaters, was built by pioneer sculptress and marble carver Ann Russell. The house still appears much the same as it did in Mrs. Russell's time, with additions allowing NightingGail's to off guests the charm of a unique turn-of-the-century home combined with modern amenities.
Front of the house
Each guest room has its own private bathroom with shower. The house is entirely air conditioned, so you should be comfortable no matter the season. You can snuggle under your own down comforter if the waether is chilly, or throw it off and use only the homemade quilt for warmer nights.

Hospitality bar on the second floor landing
Guests can help themselves to coffee, tea and iced tea in the summer at their own hospitality bar on the second-floor landing. In the evening, complimentary sherry will be served.
The dining room, living room and library are available for guest relaxation, with a variety of books on Shakespeare and his plays, a collection on Oregon in general, and a variety of novels and other light reading.
